Account info (name, email), Triad membership, assessments, tasks, reflections, session notes, uploaded artifacts, and notification history.
To run your coaching program: authenticate you, show your Triad workspace, notify you about activity, and give program admins aggregate analytics.
Triad content is visible to members of that Triad and to program administrators. Aggregate analytics never expose individual reflections or scores outside the Triad.
Data is stored on our managed backend with row-level security. Passwords are hashed. Uploaded files sit in a private bucket accessible only to the owning Triad.
Session recap generation sends the session's tasks and notes to a large language model to produce a summary. No content is used to train models.
Contact your program admin to export or delete your data.
